Our 3D profile cutting machines make use of thermal cutting processes with oxy-fuel and plasma.
Both processes have advantages and disadvantages, and these have to be weighed up in relation to the intended application.
For the oxy fuel process, our machines can be equipped for oxy-acetylene or oxy-propane. The patented Omniflow gas control system can be optionally integrated into the machine for the control of gas pressure and gas consumption with changing cutting lengths during the cutting process.
For the plasma cutting process, we employ products from leading manufacturers Kjellberg in Germany and Hypertherm in the USA. If an appropriate plasma power source is selected, the cutting of wall thicknesses of 1 mm to 80 mm is possible.
